PROPÓSITO TRABAJO
Impulsar la propuesta Unilever a través de los principales drivers de cada Cliente / Canal
¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?
+ Implementación y seguimiento de la Estrategia y planes de la marca/categoría por Canal / Clientes (seguimiento incorporación de nuevos SKU´s , tácticos de lanzamiento/ distribución - ej : siembra-)
+ Liderar Co-Desarrollo (con CMKT), Planificación, implementación y seguimiento de actividades y acciones tácticas definidas para canales vs. los objetivos predeterminados (Tácticos, distribución, implementación estrategia de precio, cupos, etc ).
+ Plasmar el entendimiento en actividades y devolución del Insight .
+ Seguimiento de precios: (Desarrollo de actividades de implementación y control de ejecución de estrategia de precio por canal/ Territorio - Todo el año)
+ Análisis de post mortem de actividades tácticas (determinar periodo a ser evaluado en Posmortem ).
(Tácticos con objetivos específicos, ej : de distribución, desagote, lanzamiento, volumen, recuperación de share, actividades de vencimiento, etc ).
+ Implementación de la estrategia de visibilidad por marcas y canales ( ej : ubicación de muebles).
+ Análisis de de datos de mercado por cliente/ canal (Share, distribución por zonas, SC, bocas - CI/ Farmacias/ MT-)
+ Lograr el destaque de Unilever dentro del canal vs. la competencia
(Control de implementación en PDV de estándares de exhibición por categorías - Visitar PDV)
+ Feedback de activaciones/ actividades
(Pasar comentarios y levantar problemas o cosas positivas, etc )
+ Administración de presupuesto táctico y cupos.
+ Seguimiento de ventas por cliente (CMKT analiza por canal y TC por cliente - para encontrar donde estamos débiles).
+ Seguimientos de incorporaciones por canal.
+ Desarrollo de actividades motivacionales para campo por canal.
(Desarrollo de incentivos para la gente de campo y vendedores de SC)
+ Manejar P&L y objetivos (de negocio y mercado) de las categorías/ marcas.
+ Desarrollo de planes tácticos trimestrales, (x Q) alineados al plan de la marca.
+ Encargado de implementar activaciones de la categoría por canal.
+ Asignación, Colocación y seguimiento de Visibilidad en los canales.
+ Ruteo de las promotoras conjuntamente con CMKT.
+ Capacitaciones especificas de los clientes.
+ Implementación de Criterios de Exhibiciones desarrollado por CMKT.
+ Assortment por canal.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers. Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served. Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared. Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items. Prepare special meals or substitute items. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks. Provide cooks with needed items. Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food.
